Surrey Quays is in southeast London, in the borough of Southwark, and borders Canada Water and Rotherhithe. It gets its name from being near the former Surrey Commercial Docks, which were filled in with rubble during WWII bombing raids. The area is served by Surrey Quays and Canada Water underground stations on the Jubilee line, as well as many bus routes.
