Terms:

1. The ‘Win a Holiday’ Promotion (“The Promotion”) is offered by Alex & Matteo Estate Agents, a trading name of Alex & Matteo Ltd (“Alex & Matteo/we/us”).

2. The Promotion is open to those who are aged 18 years or older.

3. The Promotion will run for a limited time only from 00:00 on 29 November 2022 and will automatically terminate at 00:00 on 30 July 2023 (“Closing Time”) (“the Promotional Period”).

4. If you recommend Alex & Matteo to a third party who put their property on the market with Alex & Matteo, or if you put your property on the market with Alex & Matteo within the Promotional Period, you will enter the prize draw to win a free holiday stay at Sandwell Manor from the 22nd September 2023 until the 25th September 2023.

5. Fill the appropriate form on www.alex-matteo.com/win-holiday

6. The Promotion applies only in respect of new Referrals only. Existing clients or those who have been clients of Alex & Matteo within 12 months of the Promotional Period are excluded, including those who have previously instructed Alex & Matteo or for whom Alex & Matteo have carried out a market appraisal or valuation of a property (unless you are the property owner – in that case the promotion will apply to you)

7. The price draw will be just after the 15 July 2022 and the winner will be announced then.

8. Alex & Matteo will share with the Sandwell Manor team that will contact you to answer all your questions should you have any

9. The holiday dates  (23 until 26 September 2022) are non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered.

10. Alex & Matteo reserves the right to hold void, cancel, suspend, or amend the Promotion without notice where it becomes necessary to do so.

11. By participating in this Promotion you give consent for your contact details to be used in order to facilitate Alex & Matteo making contact with you.

12. These terms and conditions shall be governed by English law and the English courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction in relation to any dispute.
