Alex and Matteo have been absolutely superb, and I would highly recommend them. They recently helped sell our 2 bed flat, and I honestly think their personal touch, responsiveness and regular communication made the difference in a competitive and difficult market (this was all during covid/the end of the stamp duty window!) They may be smaller than some of the big agencies working in the area - but that is definitely something that works to their, and their clients benefit. They use Rightmove and all of the usual portals for sales - but have the time and energy to give a really personal service . We have felt throughout that they were personally very invested in the transaction, and have worked day and night to help with our sale. They are friendly, honest and helpful - we were also pleased/impressed by their photography, virtual tours and the speed of feedback and responsiveness throughout. Could not recommend more highly.
